Our range of products for industry continues to grow permanently, thanks to the ideas, consultations and projects of our customers and collaborators.
Proof of this is our new 1000 series for cutting metal sheet, which uses a CO2 resonator laser, converting electrical energy into a laser beam that can be directed by means of mirrors and focused on a point smaller than one-tenth of a millimetre to melt or evaporate practically any material.
The 1000 series are high-specification and high-reliability laser machines designed for cutting metals and similar materials, with a practical, open design that makes them the essential tool for industrial cutting.
The working dimensions can be 1000 x 1000mm or 2000 x 1000 mm, at the customer’s choice, for all the series.
The mechanical construction of Easy Cut® machines is conceived for an optimal price-quality ratio, with two independent structures for the resonator and the working platform, so that that vibrations generated by the mechanical movements are never transferred to the laser system, resulting in a longer working life and lower maintenance of the system.
Their most notable qualities are:
• No wear: there is no contact with the piece and therefore no wear due to friction.
• High cost-effectiveness: the investment cost, in comparison with other types of machines, is unbeatable.
• Low use cost: operation and maintenance costs are very low.
• Short-run series: low production runs are cost-effective.
• Prototypes: making prototypes or performing trials is fast and low-cost.
• No consumables: there are no consumables to be replaced periodically.
• Cutting capacity: the machines can work with very different quantities of materials and very complex cuts can be made.
• Simple operation: the machines are designed to be handled by any duly trained operative.
• Mobility: thanks to the weight and design of the structure, it can be moved and transported according to production requirements.
