Easy Pack® is our brand of laser systems for the sector of flexible packaging, micro-perforation and pre-cutting of film, using CO2 laser technology with power ratings from 30 to 400 W.
In the large-consumption sector, the type of packaging is a major factor for the consumer. Our machines have been designed to facilitate “easy opening” and micro- ventilation in the packaging of large-consumption products.
The pre-cutting technique is used to achieve easy opening of packaged products without jeopardising their conservation. Micro-perforation is used to make micro-holes of a particular diameter and in a particular quantity in order to ventilate the product, protecting it from moisture, thereby ensuring unspoiled quality and longer shelf life.
